Clubs and Meetings:

1. Best Buddies meets today at lunch in P-7. (Rivera)
2. Important Viking Men’s Chorus rehearsal today at lunch. (Najar)
3. Key Club meets at lunch tomorrow in room 214. (McNulty)
4. The National Honor Society will meet tomorrow at lunch in room 402. Anyone who wants to join is welcome. (Duffy)

College and Career:

1. Reminder: All seniors who dropped a class after submitting their college application materials need to notify each campus where they applied about the change(s) to their schedules.  We recommend you phone (documenting the time, date, and person you spoke to for your records) and follow up with an email or letter.  The C&CC has a template you may want to use. 2. Although the priority filing period for fall 2008 has closed, some UC campuses are still accepting applications to some programs and majors.   UC Merced and UC Riverside: Open to freshman and transfer applicants in most majors.  Students must use a paper application.  For more information, see: http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/undergrad_adm/apply/apply_majors.html. Athletics:

1. Girls in all grade levels who are interested in playing softball this season should attend the informational meeting at lunch on Tuesday, Dec. 18 in the Big Gym or contact Coach Halas in room 23 of the Tower Bldg. (Halas)
