General:

  1. Today is the final day to donate your gently-used prom dress and accessories to the Princess Project. Bring them by the Guidance Office. Thanks for supporting this great cause. (Shultz)
  2. Come experience “A Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” the choir’s Valentine Concert on February 13 at 3:30 and 7 pm in the Student Center. Refreshments will be served. (Najar)
  3. Come out to the Quad next week to buy a Val-Gram for that special someone. They are $1 and will be delivered on the 13th. (Najar)

Clubs and Meetings:

  1. Spanish Club meets today at lunch in room 403. (Vericat)
  2. Congratulations to Paly’s Mock Trial team – they beat Saratoga High School in their first competition. Wish us luck in our second match tonight. (Bloom)

College and Career:

  1. Summer Intern Program at Stanford Institute of Medical Research for students graduating in 2008 & ’09. Apps due 2/15. Info at ccis.Stanford.edu. (Gyves)

  3. All girls interested in Math & Science, you may attend Expanding Your Horizons March 15 at Skyline College. More info CCC. (Sinton)
  4. San Jose State University and the National Hispanic University are sponsoring the first annual ALAS conference – Advancing Latina Achievement and Success on Saturday from 8 am to 1:30 pm at the SJSU Event Center. Transportation will be leaving Palo Alto at 7 a.m. More info in the Guidance Office. (Smith)
