Advisory:
This week’s advisory is for ALL FRESHMEN. Juniors and Seniors should go to the Theater to hear Paly grads talk about their college experience. (Deggelman)
General:

  1. Have you had an experience with volunteering or community service that you can share with other Paly students? Submit a 1 or 2 page reflection with photo to cowen@pausd.org by January 4th to be included in a new publication, “Get Involved!” (Owen)
  2. Come to the SAO on Thursdays & pick up the latest Paly gear in the ASB/Boosters Shop. (Launer)
  3. Have you picked up your ASB card and school pictures this year? If not, please stop by the Attendance Office this week. (Owen)
  4. Seniors, remember to order your cap and gown on the Quad tomorrow and Wednesday. (Launer)
  5. “Play in a Day” takes place at 8 p.m. Saturday night in the theater. Don’t miss Paly’s biggest theater even of the year. One night only!!! (Woods)

  1. If you plan to work during break you must have a Work Permit request Form turned in by Friday at 10:30 to be processed. Include all required signatures and your SS#. No one will be available to issue permits during the holiday. Permits are required by law for everyone under the age of 18 years old. (Gyves)

Clubs and Meetings:

  1. Green Team meets Thursday in room 1703. Be a true Viking, start biking. (Benfield)
  2. The YCS –Interact Food drive ends this Thursday, so donate more canned food and help your 4th period class win a pizza party. (Wixsom)

Yearbook:

  1. If you have any photos that you would like to submit to Pals & Travel, be sure to send them to paly.yearbook@gmail.com or stop by room 101. Be sure to include ALL names and the what-when-where. J (Madrono)
  2. Anybody who still wants to order a yearbook for the regular price of $70, do it before this Friday. After January 1 the price will be $85. (Madrono)

Athletics:

  1. Baseball meets at lunch tomorrow in the Boys Gym. Come meet the new coach. (Hansen)
  2. Golf Team try-out meeting will be held tomorrow at lunch in the room 902/AutoShop. (Knight)

Staff:
Fourth period teachers, please pump up your classes for Food Collections. Tomorrow is the last collection day. Place ALL food boxes with your class number OUTSIDE your door for pick-up on Thursday. (Wixsom)
