Advisory:
This week’s Advisory is for ALL FRESHMEN & JUNIORS. (Deggelman)
General:

  1. AP exam registration opens Feb. 1 and continues through March 7. Each exam costs $110, payable at the Auditor’s or online at the Paly webstore. (Shepard)
  2. Friday is the last day to sign-up for intramural dodgeball. Pick up sheets outside the SAO and turn them in to Ethan Plant or Wyatt Shaw. (Launer)
  3. Lost and Found items are taken to the Attendance office. If you lost something during 1st semester, please stop by. Any unclaimed items will be taken to the PTA Wardrobe on Friday, January 29. (Owen)

Athletics:

  1. Golf tryouts are starting. Come to room 902 (Auto Shop) to sign up. Intermediate players are welcome. (Knight)
  2. Girl’s Lacrosse tryouts will start Monday, Feb. 2 at 3:30 on the new turf. (Sharp)

College and Career:

  1. A representative from Learning Programs International will be on campus to talk about study abroad and volunteer opportunities this summer in Spain, France, Costa Rica, Mexico, England and Italy. The session will be from 11:15 – 12 noon on Wednesday, Jan. 27 in the CCC. (Cernobori)
  2. Summer Opportunities Education Evening is this Wednesday, 1/27 at Gunn’s Library at 7 p.m. learn how best to use free time over the summer; various options will be presented. For more information, contact Linda Kirsch, Guidance Counselor at Gunn. (Cernobori)
  3. A representative from Vision New America, a government internship program that prepares students for college and careers working in government, education, community, law, public policy, social work and the non-profit sector, will be here to talk to students about their program. (Erber)
