Write an evolutionary explanation of how one of the following
evolutionary breakthroughs came to be: flight, bioluminescence, the
human brain, or vision. You may also choose another adaptation not
on this list but it must be approved by your teacher.
If you have chosen this option, search the web for useful information on the different topics. Then, create a 1-2 page double spaced report or power point presentation with pictures that explains how the adaptation came to be. What were early forms of the trait, and what organisms had the trait? How was the trait adaptive at different points in geological history? How was its function or form modified by evolutionary processes?
