Keypals is a project in which language students correspond by email with
either other students of the same language or native speakers of that language.
The purposes of this project are:
1) to give students an authentic and contextualized practice of the language
that they are studying,
2) to give students in different regions or countries the opportunity to
share cultures and opinions with each other, and
3) to give students practice in using the most rapidly expanding computer
application in use on the planet.
