Tuesday 10/24 – City Championships @ Gunn
Note: Athletes are expected to
attend all meets, with the exception of the overnight trip to Fresno,
where only the top 14 boys & girls will be traveling. Runners staying home
that weekend are encouraged to compete in the Moonlight Run on Friday night at
the Baylands – itÕs a great, fun race – bring the whole family!
Saturday 11/11 – CA Central Coast Sectionals (CCS)
at Toro Park – only top 7

Sat 11/25 – CA State Championships in Fresno
(overnight) – must qualify @ CCS meet
Saturday 12/2 – Western US Regional @ Mt. Sac
(overnight) – everyone can compete!
Saturday 12/2 – US Team Nationals in Portland,
Oregon – Team must be invited
Saturday 12/9 – US Nationals in San Diego –
top 8 individuals from each Regional

Viking Alumni Challenge & BBQ (& Football game)
* Since most
of our recent alumni are in college and cannot attend the joint ÒalumniÓ meet
held in September with Gunn, we thought it would be fun to have our own true
Varsity vs Alumni Competition. Everyone is invited to run and/or enjoy the
post-race BBQ. With Herrel, Nordlund, Scott, Francis & Zander the alumni
are talking of sweeping this yearÉ
