TIME SCHEDULE:
5:00 Practice starts - don't be late!
5:20 ... 10:40-paced group begins
5:37 ... 11:40-paced group begins
5:55 ... 12:40-paced group begins
6:14 ... 13:40-paced group begins
6:30 Parent Meeting
7:00 We'll be done!
RULES:
1. Athletes will be put in an appropriate group by the coach.
2.
A coach or alumni will set the pace.
3. Athletes are to stay with their group *as long* as they physically can... in other words, until they drop!
4.
Athletes *may not* go any faster than the set pace, until the final (8th) lap.
5. The last lap is "every man for himself"!!!
6. Anyone who can outlast or outkick Coach Billing will receive an award.
7. Coach Billing will run all 4 races, with just 6 minutes rest between each race.
