Note 1: They run two heats of most divisions because it is such a large meet. Until the week of the race, we will not know which exact heat our boys & girls are entered in.

Note 2: Unless arranged *prior* to race-day, our athletes will not be allowed to arrive late or leave early. This is a team sport and you are expected to support your team. If you have a conflict with part or all of this meet, you are expected to tell the coach *far* in advance.

COURSE:

Golden Gate Park (2.93 Miles or 2.13 Miles)
--> will be the same course as last year (2006), which was a slightly different course than all previous years.
