Book List - there are some great books out there, here are some we'd recommend for runners:

Once A Runner by John L. Parker
- A classic. This is the book to read if you are a distance runner. The story of fictitious characters Quenton Cassidy and Bruce Denton sheds insight into the lives and minds of elite distance runners. If you're lucky Coach Billing might lend you his copy to read, and if you're real lucky he might let you leave an inscription on the back pages.

Running with the Buffaloes by Chris Lear
- Experience the adventure of a collegiate cross-country team as Lear follows the 1999 University of Colorado XC team, lead by superstar Adam Goucher. An incredibly detailed account of high level training offers insight into the mind and principles of famed coach Mark Wetmore.
